Diplomová práce na téma „Ochrana osobnosti versus svoboda projevu“ řeší kolizi těchto dvou ústavně garantovaných hodnot. Ochrana osobnosti a svoboda projevu jsou si vzájemně rovny a žádná nemá před druhou jednoznačnou přednost. This graduation thesis is called „Protection of Personal Rights versus Freedom of Expression“ and it (mainly) deals with collision of these constitutionally guaranteed values (rights). Both of these rights are equal and neither unequivocally prevails.
