Abstract:
Cílem předkládané práce je sestavení vzorového obecného plánu ošetřovatelské péče pro pacienty se srdeční arytmií během radiofrekvenční katétrové ablace na elektrofyziologickém sále. Teoretická část práce stručně popisuje klasifikaci, klinický obraz, diagnostiku a možnosti léčby tachyarytmií. Je zdůrazněna především nepostradatelná role perioperační sestry během katétrové ablace. The purpose of the present work is to establish a paradigmatic generic nursing plan for the patients with cardiac arrhythmias undergoing radiofrequency catheter ablation in the electrophysiological laboratory.
