Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá elektronovou mikroskopií na biologických vzorcích. Elektronová mikroskopie se v poslední době stává důležitou součástí většiny hi-tech laboratoří. This bachelor thesis deals with electron microscopy on biological samples. Nowadays the electron microscopy is becoming an important tool in hi-tech laboratories. In the first (theoretical) part of the thesis, physical principles of the electron microscopy and its comparison to optical microscopy are described.
