Tato práce se zabývá současnými ruskými a českými smlouvami. Nejprve je vysvětleno, co to vůbec smlouva je a jaké jsou její ekvivalenty v ruském jazyce a u všech těchto synonymních či částečně synonymních termínů je uvedena jejich etymologie. This diploma thesis deals with the current Russian and Czech contracts. First of all it explains what the contract is and what are its equivalents in Russian language. There is given the etymology of these synonyms or partially synonymous terms. There is also the classification of contracts in both languages and their brief description.
