Abstract:
V této práci bude popsáno měření optických vlastností tenkých vrstev zlata. Studium takovýchto vrstev může být zdrojem důležitých informací o jejich vlastnostech. Cílem této práce je pomocí elipsometrických měření prostudovat odrazivost zlatých vrstev modulovanou teplotou a určit optické kostanty studovaných vrstev a to jak bez tepelné modulace, tak s ní. Abstract:
This diploma thesis describes the measurement of optical properties of thin layers of gold. Important information about the properties of such layers can be obtained by such measurements. The aim of this thesis is to study the thermoreflectance spectra of gold samples and calculate their optical constants. Further, the effect of the modulation on surface plasmon resonance is studied.
