The bachelor’s thesis deals with the impact of DaTScan in the differential diagnosis of Parkinson’s disease. The thesis consists of two parts. First part is theoretical and defines the main principles of nuclear medicine, its history, radiopharmaceuticals being used and types of devices used in diagnostics.
