Incidence maligního melanomu v České republice vzrostla za posledních třicet let pětinásobně. The incidence of malignant melanoma in Czech republic has increased five times over the last 30 years. As the current treatment options for advanced melanoma remain unsatisfactory and their prognosis has very poor, there is clearly a need for the design of new, more efficient therapies for malignant melanoma.
