Abstract:

Cíl: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, zda má plánované rodičovství vliv na prožívání těhotenství a porodu. Následně vyzkoumat rozdílnost v prožívání těhotenství a porodu v závislosti na tom, zda bylo těhotenství pro ženu plánované či neplánované. Cílem bylo rovněž nalezení míry osvěty na téma plánovaného rodičovství a nejčastější zdroje těchto informací. Metodika: Pro dosažení stanovených cílů byla jako výzkumná metoda použita výzkumná kazuistika. Sběr dat probíhal formou rozhovorů se dvěma záměrně vybranými ženami a analýzou jejich zdravotnické dokumentace. Katamnézy žen se skládají z pěti časových oblastí od období před otěhotněním až po šestinedělí. Podkategorie pak tvoří jejich bio-psycho-sociální potřeby. Výsledky: Ze zkoumaných kazuistik vyplývá, že prožívání těhotenství a porodu je ovlivněno tím, zda žena těhotenství plánovala či nikoliv. Rozdíly jsou patrné zejména ve sféře sociální a ekonomické, kdy žena, která těhotenství plánovala, byla značně lépe finančně i psychicky připravena na příchod dítěte. V případě ženy s neplánovaným těhotenstvím byla patrná její závislost na pomoci rodiny a citová nepřipravenost páru na novou roli. Závěr: Pro porodní asistentky je důležité znát různé metody plánovaného rodičovství, jejich výhody a nevýhody. Tyto vědomosti by měly být předávány široké veřejnosti v rámci edukace v gynekologických ambulancích a na školách.

Abstract:

Objective: The objective of this bachelor thesis was to find out if the family planning has effect on the experience of pregnancy and delivery. Furthermore was to find out the difference in the experience of pregnancy and delivery depending if the pregnancy was intended or unintended. The objective was also to determine family planning education level and source of such information. Methodology: A case study was chosen as a research method to achieve defined goals. The data were collected by making interviews with two intentionally selected women and analysis of their medical reports. Catamnesis of the women consists five time periods from the period before the pregnancy to puerperium. Subcategories are composed of bio-psycho-social needs. Results: From the case studies is resulting, that experience of pregnancy and delivery is influenced by the fact that the pregnancy was intended or unintended. The most differences are seen in the social and economic sphere, where the woman who has planned her pregnancy was financially and mentally much better prepared for baby coming. In the case of the woman which had unintended pregnancy we can see her dependence on the family and mental unpreparedness of the couple for their new role. Conclusion: It is very important for midwives to know different methods of family planning, their pros and cons. This knowledge should be propagate further to the general public by education in gynecological offices and schools.
