Municipalitys property management analysis of the chosen territorial administrative whole

Abstract:

Pro účely analýzy hospodaření s majetkem vybraného ÚSC bylo vybráno město Hlučín. Práce je rozdělena na několik částí. V první části je na základě sestudování odborné ekonomické literatury, související legislativy a samozřejmě s využitím dostupných webových stránek vytvořen základní přehled o tom, jak teorie popisuje hospodaření obce s majetkem. Druhá část práce se věnuje jednak samotnému rozpočtu, tzn. zanalyzují se jednotlivé rozpočty, které se nejdříve schvalovaly a pak skutečně čerpaly, resp. plnily a jednak na jednotlivé druhy majetku, tzn. aktiva a pasiva, ale také na hlubší rozbor majetku prostřednictvím dalších ukazatelů. To vše v průběhu let 2006 – 2009.

Abstract:

The city Hlučín was chosen for the analysis management of property exquisited territorial administrative whole. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part is based on a basic overview of how the theory decribes the properte management community. As the basics are used the professional economics literature, related legislation, and of course using the available web pages. The second part deals with the budget itself and analyze the individual budgets, which first approved and then actually derived. Of course the part of this thesis is focused on the various types of property, ie. assets and liabilities, but on the other hand to a deeper analysis of the property through other indicators. The time period for this thesis are the years 2006 – 2009.
