Nemoc jako sociální událost v právu sociálního zabezpečení

The Sickness as a Social Event in the Social Security Law
Abstract:
Tato práce vymezuje nemoc jako součást systému nemocenského pojištění a její místo v tomto systému. Popisuje vztah mezi nemocí a dočasnou pracovní neschopností (resp. Ošetřováním). Definuje, jaké dávky jsou poskytovány, v souvislosti s nemocí a popisuje řízení o těchto dávkách.
Abstract:
This work defines the place of illness in the sickness insurance system. It describes the relationship between disease and a temporary inability to work (or treating). Defines what doses are provided in connection with diseases and the procedures of these doses.
