Problematika lepení plastů v automobilovém průmyslu

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi zlepšení kvality lepeného spoje v odlupu mezi lakovaným dílem na bázi polypropylenu s talkem a jednosložkovým polyuretanovým lepidlem s akcelerátorem, který by vyhovoval kritériím dané zkouškou (koheznímu typu porušení v lepidle). Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a experimentální. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na faktory ovlivňující kvalitu lepeného spoje. V experimentální části je popsán současný stav nevyhovující kvality u dílu a postup řešení k dosažení odpovídajícího typu porušení lepeného spoje při zkoušce v odlupu. Ověřovány byly možnosti změn při ošetření povrchu plastových dílů plamenem, nastavení technologických parametrů vstřikování, studován byl vliv typu použitého base-coatu a možnost použití primeru na povrchu dílu před lakováním.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of improving the quality of the bonded joint in the peel between the painted part based on polypropylene with talcum and a one-component polyurethane adhesive with an accelerator which would meet the criteria of the test (cohesive type of failure in the adhesive). The thesis is divided into two parts, a theoretical one and an experimental one. The theoretical part focuses on the factors affecting the quality of the bonded joint. The experimental part describes the current state of unsatisfactory quality of the part and the solution procedure to achieve the appropriate type of bonded joint failure in the peel test. The possibilities of changes in the suface flame treatment of the plastic parts, the setting of technological parameters of injection moulding, the influence of used the type of base-coat and the possibility of using primer on the surface of the part before painting were verified.
