Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se týká právních vztahů při realizaci veřejné technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Autorka se snaží o stručný ucelený pohled na danou problematiku a nejvíce se zaměřuje na úpravu věcných břemen, respektive služebností vznikajících při budování veřejné dopravní a technické infrastruktury. Dále se autorka zabývá problematikou vyvlastnění
Abstract:
This thesis concerns the legal consequences of the implementation of technical and public transport infrastructure. The author tries to complete a brief overview of the issue and most focus on treatment of easements or servitudes arising from the development of public transport and technical infrastructure. Further, the author deals with the issue of expropriation.
