Nonhydrolytic synthesis of the metal phosphates and phosphonates

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se věnujeme nehydrolytické syntéze molekulárních fosforečnanů kovů a jejich transformaci pomocí mikrovlnné solvolýzy na nanočástice vhodné k přípravě strukturovaných nanomateriálů. V teoretické části se věnujeme metodám přípravy fosforečnanových materiálů sol-gelovými metodami a způsobu jejich použití pro fotoelektrochemickou oxidaci vody a pro jejich využití v lithiových akumulátorech. V experimentální části se věnujeme studiu reakcí chloridů přechodných kovů (Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Y) s tris(trimethylsilyl)esterem kyseliny fosforečné a kyselinou tert-butyl fosfonovou. Cílem je připravit, izolovat a charakterizovat molekulární prekurzory fosforečnanů těchto kovů pomocí dostupných fyzikálně-chemických metod. Dále se věnujeme transformaci připravených sloučenin na nanočástice pomocí mikrovlnné solvolýzy a aplikaci těchto nanočástic na nanovlákna oxidu titaničitého.

Abstract:

In this thesis we study non-hydrolytic synthesis of molecular metal phosphates and its transformations via microwave solvolysis into the nanoparticles suitable for preparations of a structured nanomaterials. Theoretical part is focused on sol-gel methods of phosphate synthesis and using metal phosphates in photoelectrochemical water oxidation and uses in the technology of lithium battery cells. In the experimental part we study reactions of the transition metal chlorides (Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Y) with tris(trimethylsilyl) phosphate and tert-butyl phosphonic acid. Our aim is to prepare, isolate and characterize molecular metal phosphate precursors with available instrumental methods. We also tried transform obtained precursors into a nanoparticles via microwave enhanced solvolysis and use them as a surface layer onto titanium oxide nanofibers
