Tématem diplomové práce je znalecké dokazování v civilním řízení soudním. Práce se zabývá především procesními otázkami znaleckého dokazování. Těmito otázkami jsou zejména: kdy má soud znalce ustanovit, jak má formulovat jeho úkol, kdy je možno využít odborného vyjádření, jakou povahu mají znalecké posudky předkládané stranami řízení a revizní znalecké posudky a jak soud znalecký posudek hodnotí. The topic of this diploma thesis is expert evidence in civil proceedings. Above all, the thesis deals with procedural issues of expert evidence.
