Práce analýza vztahu rozlišení a stupně písma při optickém rozpoznání textu přinesla zcela zásadní informace, které byly využity k určení vlastností řezů písmových rodin při OCR, stanovení křivky rozpoznatelnosti jednotlivých řezů písmových rodin a doporučení pro užívání písmových rodin v této disciplíně. The analysis of the relationship between resolution and font degree in optical text recognition has provided crucial information that has been used to determine the properties of font family cuts in OCR, to determine the recognition curve of individual font family cuts, and to make recommendations for the use of font families in this discipline.
