Práce se zabývá požadavky podniků na absolventy programátory. Jejím cílem je zmapování nejdůležitějších požadavků, které podniky požadují po absolventech programátorech. This thesis looks into the company requirements for software developer graduates. Its purpo-se is to map the most important requirements that companies demand from software developer graduates.
