Táto bakalárska práca je venovaná problematike pracovnej a manažérskej zmluvy. Pracovnú zmluvu môžme definovať ako dvojstranný právny úkon, ktorého základom je dobrovoľný súhlasný prejav vôle zamestnanca a zamestnávateľa založiť pracovný pomer.
