Investment life insurance as an investment

Abstract:

Cílem mé závěrečné práce je dokázat, že investiční životní pojištění má smysl jako součást financování postproduktivního věku a dále pak představit nový alternativní model individuálního využití nepřímé státní podpory zaměstnanci v případě, že zaměstnavatel není nakloněn standardní podpoře formou příspěvku zaměstnavatele z důvodu navyšování mzdových nákladů. V teoretické části jsem se soustředil na historii a současnost penzijních systémů v Evropě i v ČR, se zaměřením na úlohu životního pojištění v multipilířových systémech. V aplikované části práce se opírám především o reálné poznatky z vlastního prodeje investičního životního pojištění v posledních pěti letech. V práci zpracovávám komplexní metodiku jednání a argumentace se všemi dotčenými stranami a uvádím konkrétní výpočty, které dokazují výhodnost IŽP jako dalšího zdroje příjmů v penzi.

Abstract:

The objective of my final thesis is to demonstrate that investment life insurance is a meaningful way of financing post-productive age, and to present a new, alternative model of individual utilization of indirect state support to employees, when the employer is not inclined to apply standard employer contribution, due to increased wage-related cost. In the theoretical part of the thesis, I focus on the past and the present of pension systems in Europe and the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the role of life insurance in multi-pillar systems. The applied part of the thesis primarily draws on my own experience in the sale of investment life insurance during the past five years. The thesis then elaborates a comprehensive methodology of argumentation and negotiation with all concerned parties and presents specific calculations demonstrating the advantages of investment life insurance as an additional source of income during retirement.
