Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací zrychlení výrobní linky šnekového soukolí ve společnosti JTEKT Automotive Czech Plzeň s.r.o. z původních 38 sekund na 27 sekund. Práce je zaměřena na tři výrobní operace, které jsou zde individuálně rozebrány s důrazem na snížení jejich výrobního času. V rámci řešení je využito MTM analýzy a simogramu.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the design and implementation of the speed up of the worm drive manufacturing process in JTEKT Automotive Czech Plzeň s.r.o. from 38 seconds to 27 seconds. The thesis is focused on three stages of the manufacturing process, which are individually analysed here with the emphasis on reduction of their production time.
