Tématem diplomové práce je Právo a spravedlnost, filosoficko-právní analýza. Autor se pokouší o průřez chronologickým vývojem názorů na dané uvedené téma. Tumuto záměru odpovídá i členění práce. V úvodní části jsou představeny vztahy mezi klíčovými pojmy, po němž následuje popis Rawlsovi Teorie spravedlnosti a její krátká kritika. Subject of the thesis is Law and Justice, philosphical-juridical analysis.Author tryies to bring short guide of chronological developement of opinions on the topic in last three decades. Structure of the thesis corresponds to such aim.
