Effect of winter oilseed rape treatment with laser exposure on emergence, growth, and yield.

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ošetření osiva laserovou expozicí. Fyzikální metody ošetření, jako je laser, spolu s elektromagnetickou stimulací, nabízí neobjevený potenciál. Účinek je vysvětlován přeměnou světelné energie na chemickou, čehož jsou rostliny schopny. Tato metoda byla testována na osivu řepky ozimé. Varianty ošetření se liší vlnovou délkou a výkonem aplikovaného paprsku. Pokusy byly rozděleny do dvou variant. Ve skleníkovém pokusu byla měřena klíčivost, růst a vývoj rostlin. V poloprovozní části byl stanoven výnos, výnosotvorné prvky, obsah chlorofylu, prvky v sušině, OH a tuk. První část měření byla ovlivněna klimatickými podmínkami. Druhá část vykazuje zvýšení výnosu i dalších vlastností.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of seed treatment by laser exposure. Physical treatment methods such as lasers and electromagnetic stimulation offer undiscovered potential. The effect is explained by the conversion of light energy into chemical energy, which is a process that plants are already able to perform. This method was tested on the seeds of winter oilseed rape. Treatment variants vary in wavelength and power of the applied beam. The experiments were divided into two variants. Germination, growth, and plant development were measured in the greenhouse observation. In the semioperating part, yield, elements that generated yield, chlorophyll content, elements in the dry matter, OH, and fat were determined. The first part of the measurement was influenced by climatic conditions. The second part shows an increase in yield, as well as other properties.
