A Business Plan for a Theme Restaurant

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro tematicky zaměřenou restauraci ve městě Zlíně. Tematicky zaměřenou restaurací je přitom myšlena originální steaková restaurace koncipovaná v severoamerickém stylu. Práce se skládá celkem ze dvou částí a to z části teoretické a části praktické. V teoretické části je nejdříve krátce věnována pozornost některým otázkám, které souvisejí s podnikatelem a podnikáním. Jako další je pak rozebrána podstata podnikatelského plánu a základní zásady, které je žádoucí dodržovat při jeho zpracovávání. V neposlední řadě je pak v teoretické části nastíněna vhodná struktura podnikatelského plánu včetně popisu jednotlivých částí. Praktická část práce je pak tvořena podnikatelským plánem tematicky zaměřené restaurace, kdy tento plán je v prvé řadě vypracován pro účely zakladatele, kterým je současně i autor diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The topic of the thesis is creating a business plan for a theme restaurant in the town of Zlín, the concept of the restaurant being a steak restaurant in North American style. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part starts with addressing issues connected with the entrepreneur and entrepreneurship briefly and goes on to analyze the essence of the business plan and the principles which should be followed when drawing a plan up. Last but not least follows the suggestion of an appropriate structure for the business plan including the description of its individual parts. The practical part of the thesis presents the business plan for a theme restaurant. The business plan was written for the purpose of the founder, who is also the author of the thesis.
