Revitalization of military objects in the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá procesem revitalizace, rozvoje živých vojenských objektů v České republice. Práce reflektuje aktuální stavebně-technický stav vybraných vojenských objektů, potřebu rozvoje jejich základních ubytovacích kapacit v návaznosti na rozvoj schopností prvků Armády České republiky (dále jen AČR) a jejich nutnou modernizaci a novou investiční výstavbu. Specifikuje širší procesy a problematiku revitalizace, konkrétně se zaměřením na systémovost, důležitost správné plánování, financování a jednotlivé etapizace a vertikální směr, zjišťují se přínosy a současně i negativní dopady procesu. Odborná část je zaměřena na prioritu výstavby, analýzu a vyhodnocení průběhu celého procesu revitalizace. Souběžně budou zhodnoceny dopady na procesy a prioritizaci investičních akcí z hlediska přezbrojení a modernizace AČR v rámci souvisejících akcí nemovité infrastruktury a to ve vztahu k strategickým a zvláště významným projektům. Na základě stěžejní dokumentace Koncepce výstavby AČR řízení a realizace modernizace projektů dosahuje požadovaného stavu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is concerned on the process of revitalization, development of still used military objects in the Czech republic. The thesis reflects actual building-technical state of chosen military objects, the need of development of their basic barracks capacities, following the advancement of capabilities of current parts of the Czech armed forces (further CAF) and their necessary modernization and new funding construction. It specifies wider processes and issues of revitalization, focused on systemicity the importance of correct planning, financing and individual phasing, and vertical course; the assets as well as negative sites of process are reconnoitred. The expertizing part is focused on the priority of construction, analysis and evaluation of the whole process of revitalization. At the same time, the impacts on the processes and prioritization of investment actions will be evaluated from the point of view of the rearmament and modernization of czech army as part of the related actions of real estate infrastructure in relation to strategic and particularly important projects. Based on main documentation Conception of developement CAF the project management and realization of modernization reaches the required level.
