Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na pěstounskou péči a to zejména ve vztahu k novým principům v sociálně-právní ochraně dětí. V teoretické části jsou popsány změny v zákoně o sociálně-právní ochraně dětí, které nastaly od roku 2013. Tyto změny se zaměřují převážně na pěstounskou péči. My thesis is focused on foster care, especially in relation to new principles in socio-legal protection of children. In theoretical part of thesis are described changes in law about socio-legal protection of children, which occurred since 2013. These changes are with focus on foster care.
