Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku etnických a národnostních menšin. V teoretické části jsou definované významné pojmy jako etnicita, kultura či diskriminace. Bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of ethnic and national minorities. In the theoretical part are defined important concepts such as ethnicity, culture, or discrimination. Then the bachelor's thesis briefly introduces the reader with the history of the development of ethnic and national minorities in the Czech lands from 1918 to the present.
