Bakalářská práce zkoumá první tři ženské autory drsné školy a jejich první romány. Knihy, které jsou analyzovány, jsou: Edwin of the Iron Shoes (1977) od Marcie Mullerové, Indemnity Only (1982) od Sary Paretské a "A" is for Alibi (1982) od Sue Graftonové. The bachelor’s thesis examines the first three female authors of the hardboiled genre and their first novels. The books that are analyzed are: Edwin of the Iron Shoes (1977) by Marcia Muller, Indemnity Only (1982) by Sara Paretsky and “A” is for Alibi (1982) by Sue Grafton.
