Security forces in the Czech Republic, their interaction and cooperation

Anotácia:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu součinnosti a spolupráce bezpečnostních sborů v České republice. Cílem práce je poskytnout přehled o jednotlivých složkách, mezi který patří Policie České republiky, Hasičský záchranný sbor, Vězeňská služba, Celní správa, Generální inspekce bezpečnostních sborů, Bezpečnostní informační služba a Úřad pro zahraniční styky a informace. Práce klade důraz na jejich součinnost a spolupráci, ať už společnou mezi sbory nebo s jinými subjekty. V empirické části je hlavním cílem zjištění, jak často spolu sbory spolupracují, s jakým sborem a při jaké situaci. Vedlejším cílem, této práce je zjistit, zda mají zkušenost se spoluprací se zahraničními státy. Mezi veřejností je cíl prozkoumat, jaké mají lidé informace o bezpečnostních sborech a jestli zažili spolupráci sborů. Tato zjištění jsou podložena dotazníkovým šetřením.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the coordination and cooperation of security forces in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to provide an overview of the individual components, which include the Police of the Czech Republic, the Fire Rescue Service, the Prison Service, the Customs Administration, the General Inspectorate of Security Forces, the Security Information Service and the Office for Foreign Relations and Information. The thesis emphasizes their coordination and cooperation, both between the forces themselves and with other entities. The main objective of the empirical part is to find out how often the forces cooperate, with which force and in what situation. The secondary objective is to find out whether they have experience of cooperating with foreign countries. The aim of the public survey is to find out what information they have about the security forces and whether they have experienced cooperation between the forces. These findings are supported by a questionnaire survey.
