Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tvorbu podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající společnost s potřebami na stolní tenis, nazvanou Stolním Tenistům s.r.o., se zacílením na online prodej na českém trhu. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že je na českém trhu dostatečný prostor pro vybudování takové společnosti s potenciálem dosažení kladného hospodářského výsledku. Hlavním prvkem realizace a zároveň odlišení se od konkurence je systematické budování komunity stolních tenistů, které bude umožněno nakupovat jednoduše produkty pro stolní tenis na e-shopu a zároveň vzájemně komunikovat, spolupracovat a tvořit poptávky a nabídky služeb souvisejících se stolním tenisem v rámci uceleného prostředí a pod správou společnosti. Cílem této práce bylo sestavení kompletního podnikatelského plánu a prozkoumání českého trhu včetně online prostředí ke zjištění faktorů, které je nutné provést k rozvoji nově vznikající společnosti. Práce je rozdělena celkem na 3 hlavní části. První část obsahuje teorii tvorby strukturovaného podnikatelského plánu, druhá část se zaobírá historií stolního tenisu, od vzniku tohoto sportu, přes evoluční vývoj materiálů pro sportovní náčiní, až po historii stolního tenisu v ČR a ve světě. Třetí část je praktická realizace podnikatelského plánu na základě rešerše literatury a odborných zdrojů z části první. Předpoklad práce byl potvrzen pomocí realizovaných průzkumů, které jsou součástí práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on creating a business plan for a newly emerging company with table tennis equipment, called Stolním Tenistům s.r.o., oriented on online sales on the Czech market. The work is based on the assumption that there is enough space on the Czech market to build a company with the potential to achieve positive economic results. The main element of realization and also differentiating from the competition is systematic building of a table tennis players community, where simple buying of table tennis products via e-shop will be available along with common communication, cooperation and creating demands and offers of the table tennis-related services within a comprehensive environment, under the administration of the company. The aim of this work was to make a complete business plan and research of the Czech market, including online surroundings to discover the factors needed for development of a newly emerging company. The work is divided into 3 main parts. The first part contains the theory how to create a structured business plan, the second part deals with the history of table tennis, from the very beginnings of this sport, through the evolutionary development of materials for equipment, to the history of table tennis in the Czech Republic and in the world. The third part is the practical realization of the business plan based on a research of literature and special resources from the first part. The assumption of the work was confirmed by the implemented surveys, that are part of the work.
