Abstract:

Jako téma bakalářské práce jsem si zvolil problematiku phishingu a způsobu ochrany proti němu. Důvodem volby tohoto tématu byly především jeho aktuálnost a nedostatečná obezřetnost ze strany uživatelů. Hlavním cílem této práce je blíže seznámit čtenáře s problematikou phishingu a zároveň na základě provedeného testování a následné analýzy zvolit nejlepší software na ochranu proti tomuto druhu kybernetické kriminality. V úvodu teoretické části je obecně představena historie, současný stav a budoucí vývoj phishingu. Dále jsou zde prezentovány čtyři hlavní metody, které jsou při tomto druhu podvodu často využívány. Na závěr této části je uvedeno několik konkrétních příkladů útoků na finanční instituce České republiky. Následující praktická část je již zaměřena především na způsob ochrany uživatele před phishingem. V první řadě je zde proveden anti-phishing test vybraných programů, které jsou pak následně hodnoceny podle předem daných kritérií. Na základě této analýzy je z nich později vybrán nejlepší software na ochranu proti phishingu. Vše je doplněno o několik důležitých rad týkajících se bezpečnosti práce na internetu, které by měl každý uživatel v rámci své ochrany dodržovat. Závěr práce je věnován souhrnu informací a hodnocení dosažených výsledků při plnění stanovených cílů práce.

Abstract:

As a topic of my bachelor thesis, I have chosen the issue of phishing and way of protection against it. The reason to select this topic was especially its timeliness and lack of prudence on the part of users. The main objective of this thesis is to introduce to the reader the issue of phishing. And than based on my testing and analysis was selected the best software for a protection against this type of cyber crime. In the beginning of the theoretical part is presented the history, current status and future development of phishing. Further there are described four main methods which are often used in this type of fraud. At the end of this part there are presented several examples of concrete attacking clients of financial institutions of the Czech Republic. The following practical part is focused especially on the way of protecting users against phishing attacks. In the first place, there is performed anti-phishing test of selected programs which are subsequently evaluated according to predefined criteria. Based on this analysis one of them have been chosen as the best software to protection against phishing. All dates are supplemented by a few important advices regarding to safety work on the Internet. The rules of the safety work on the Internet should be observed by each user as a form of the protection. The end of this bachelor work is devoted to the summary of presented information and to evaluation of the achieved results. The results of the work have come from the objectives of the work which I have fulfiled.
