Testing hysteresis in unemployment
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to empirically examine the hysteresis effect in unemployment by using various stationarity and unit root tests, especially the panel unit root tests. This procedure is based on the insider-outsider model. This thesis focuses on the members of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

Táto práca sa zaoberá empirickým testovaním efektu hysterézie nezamestnanosti prostredníctvom rôznych testov jednotkového koreňa a stacionarity, pričom pozornosť je sústredená hlavne na panelové testy jednotkového koreňa.
