Abstract:

Téma této bakalářské práce je Specifika stravovacích návyků před vytrvalostním výkonem se zaměřením na dlouhé běhy. Cílem práce bylo vymezit hlavní specifika stravovacích návyků ve vztahu k vytrvalostnímu výkonu. Teoretická část je věnovaná základním složkám stravy, vytrvalostnímu běhu, energetickému hrazení během vytrvalostnímu zatížení a složením stravy vztahující se k vytrvalostnímu běhu. Praktická část obsahuje grafické znázornění stravovacích návyků u vrcholových sportovců z vytrvalostních sportů, které jsem porovnala s informacemi získaných z publikací. Závěrem práce je vymezení hlavních specifik stravovacích návyků ve vztahu k vytrvalostnímu sportu.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor work is Specifics of eating habits before endurance performance focusing on long distance runs. The aim of the thesis was to show specifics of eating habits in relation to endurance performance. The theoretical part deals with basic elements of a diet, long-distance run, outlay of energy during the performance and the elements of the diet in relation to endurance performance.The practical part comprises charts of eating habits of top sportsmen/sportswomen and these results were compared with information from available publications. In conclusion there are the main specifics of eating habits in relation to endurance performance.
