Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na přestavbu dvou bytových domů v centru Prahy, které jsou po dlouhou dobu bez využití, jsou z důvodu špatného technického stavu prázdné. Lokalita se nachází v širším centru Prahy. Město Praha a jeho centrum prochází v posledních letech výraznými změnami týkajících se rekonstrukcí a renovací historických původních budov. Náplní a cílem práce je vytvořit kvalitní a zároveň moderní bydlení v centu města při dodržení všech současných standardů a požadavků pro bytovou funkci. Oba bytové domy byly postaveny na konci devatenáctého století. Současná podoba není původní, protože v průběhu let došlo k několika zásadním přestavbám. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na historický průzkum objektů, provedené stavební zásahy do celkového vzhledu objektů a zhodnocení historické hodnoty objektů. Aplikační část je zaměřena na rozbor lokality, v které se řešené domy nacházejí a dále se zabývá definováním projektových kapitol fáze dokumentace pro stavební povolení se zaměřením na řešené objekty.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the locality of the reconstruction of two apartment houses in the center of Prague, which have been unused for a long time, are empty due to poor technical condition. Location is located near the center of Prague. The city of Prague and its center has been undergoing major changes in recent years concerning the reconstruction and renovation of historic original buildings. The basic aim and aim is to create high-quality and modern living in the city center, while respecting all current standards and requirements for housing function. The history of both buildings dates back to the beginning of the twentieth century, when during their existence they underwent several major reconstructions. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on historical research of buildings, constructional interventions in the overall appearance of buildings and evaluation of historical value of buildings. The application part is focused on the analysis of the locality where the houses are located. Furthermore, the application part deals with the definition of project chapters of the building permit documentation phase with a focus on the solved objects.
