Abstract:

Název práce: Ergoterapie u dětí školního věku s diagnózou ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) Úvod: Stále více studií poukazuje na přetrvávání symptomů ADHD do dospělosti, a proto je nutné se zabývat touto problematikou i ve starším školním věku. Je žádoucí na dospělý život s tímto problémem jedince připravit a hledat způsob, jak mu život ulehčit. Cíl práce: Popsat diagnózu ADHD, její projevy a ovlivňující faktory, zaměřit se na ergoterapeutickou intervenci pro děti ve školním věku a realizovat ji. Metodika: Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá diagnózou ADHD, vývojovou psychologií dítěte s ADHD a ergoterapeutickou intervencí u této diagnózy. Terapie se skládala ze tří částí (kognitivní trénink, intervence zaměřená na konkrétní oblast a relaxace). Výsledky: Došlo k mírnému zlepšení v oblasti koncentrace pozornosti (z ,,velmi nepozorný" na ,,nepozorný" - ,,mírně nepozorný"). Dále došlo ke zlepšení v krátkodobé paměti (z 20 předmětů si zapamatoval 8). Z objektivního i subjektivního hlediska byl chlapec klidnější, lépe se orientoval v činnosti a v čase. Závěr: Psaním této práce jsem si rozšířila obzory ohledně diagnózy ADHD, objasnila jsem si a zrealizovala ergoterapeutické postupy využívané u této diagnózy.

Name of a thesis: Occupational therapy in school-aged children with ADHD diagnosis Introduction: More and more studies point to a persistence of ADHD symptoms persistence to adulthood, therefore is important to deal with this problem also in the middle shool age too. It is desirable to prepare these individuals with this problems for adult life and to look for ways to make their life easier. Target: Describe the diagnosis of ADHD, its manifestations and influencing factors, focus on occupational therapy intervention for children in school age and to realize it. Methodology: The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the diagnosis of ADHD, child's developmental psychology with ADHD and occupational therapy intervention. The terapy consists of free parts (cognitive training, intervention focused on a specific area and relaxation). Results: There was a slight improvement in a field of the concentration of attention from 'very distracted' to 'distracted' - 'slightly distracted').There was also an improvement in short-term memory (from 20 object memoried 8). From an objective and subjective point of view, the boy was calmer, better oriented in activity and time. Conclusion: By writing this work I have broadened my horizons regarding the diagnosis of ADHD, I have clarified and implemented ergotherapeutic procedures used in this diagnosis.
