Předmětem diplomové práce „Solventnost pojišťovny“ je ukázat změny ve vykazování solventnosti v souvislosti s nově vznikajícím programem Solvency II. V první části je popsán legislativní vývoj v pojišťovnictví. Druhá část se zabývá solventností u komerční pojišťovny a legislativní úpravou v ČR a EU. The aim of the Masters thesis "the Bankability of Insurance Companies" is to present the changes in the disclosure of bankability in relation to the newly emerging programme Selvency II. The first part details the the legislative evolution within the insurance sector. The second part deals with the individual pillars of Solvency I and Solvency II.
