The coaching profession from the perspective of dance sport coaches

Abstract:

Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám tématem trenérství, speciálně trenérkou profesí v tanečním sportu. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat, jak trenéři tanečního sportu vnímají svojí profesi a jak k ní přistupují. V teoretické části se zabývám především přiblížením pojmu taneční sport, kde vysvětluji všechny potřebné informace k pochopení tohoto sportovního odvětví a následná témata práce jako je sportovní trénink, trenér a psychologické aspekty práce zasazuji právě do výše uvedeného tanečního sportu. V empirické části jsou představeny výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu formou rozhovorů s trenéry tanečního sportu.

Abstract:

In my bachelor's thesis, I deal with the topic of coaching, specifically coaching professions in dance sport. The aim of the thesis was to map how coaches in dance sport perceive their profession and how they approach it. In the theoretical part, I mainly deal with the introduction of the concept of dance sport, where I explain all the necessary information to understand this sport branch and I place the subsequent themes of the thesis such as sport training, coach and psychological aspects of the thesis in the aforementioned dance sport. The empirical part presents the results of qualitative research in the form of interviews with coaches of dance sport.
