In this thesis we study theory of infinite series of functions, especially power series and Fourier series. We also study related terms such as Fourier transform and Laplace transform. We describe and explain each concept of this theory, for example convergence of series of functions, integral transforms themselves and their properties or concept of convolution. V této diplomové práci se věnujeme teorii nekonečných funkčních řad s důrazem na mocninné a Fourierove řady. Zabýváme se i souvisejícími pojmy jako je Fourierova a Laplaceova transformace. Popisujeme a vysvětlujeme jednotlivé pojmy z této teorie, jako například konvergenci funkčních řad, samotné integrální transformace a jejich vlastnosti nebo pojem konvoluce.
