Emotional needs of children after divorce or separation parents

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Citové potřeby dětí po rozvodu či rozchodu rodičů. Zkoumá u respondentů již v dospělém věku, zda byly naplňovány jejich potřeby a kompetence rodičů v porozvodovém či porozchodovém období, něž respondenti nabyly plnoletost. Výzkumný soubor tvoří 7 anonymních respondentů, mužů i žen. Bakalářská práce je psaná v jedné ucelené formě navazující na sebe odvíjející se z výzkumné části. V hlavní části je charakterizován rozvod či rozchod rodičů, současný stav rozvodů, emoce a chování dítěte během/po rozvodu, dítě v roli dospělého, reakce dítěte na rozvod či rozchod, z jaké příčiny se rozvod či rozchod rozpadá a jaké následky to může způsobit. Popisuji také pocity dospělých, jejich výchovy během a po rozvodu či rozchodu a jak silně toto období ovlivňuje dětskou psychiku. V praktické části budu zkoumat prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu formou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru celou situaci očima dítěte, který je nyní v dospělém věku. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že se respondenti po rozvodu či rozchodu rodičů rychleji osamostatnili a vyspěli. Většina respondentů se shodla, že se ponaučili a nechtějí opakovat chyby jejich rodičů. Ukázalo se, že není rozdíl v prožívání rozvodu/rozchodu či po něm podle pohlaví, ale podle věku, zkušeností a konkrétních negativních situací. Dále se prokázalo, že respondentům chyběl nebo stále chybí druhý rodič (většinou otec), u kterého dítě nebylo ve svěřené péči. Na základě zjištění jsem vytvořila doporučení pro pracovníky OSPOD při práci s dítětem a jeho rodinou v rámci naplňování potřeb v této oblasti po rozvodu či rozchodu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topics of emotional needs of children after divorce or divorce of parents. It examines the respondents at an adult age whether their needs and the competences of their parents were met in the post-divorce or post-divorce period before the respondents reached the age of majority. The research group consists of 7 anonymous respondents, men and women. The bachelor's thesis is written in one comprehensive form, following on from the research part. The main part describes the divorce or divorce of parents, the current state of divorce, emotions and behavior of the child during / after divorce, the child in the role of an adult, the child's reaction to divorce or divorce, the cause of divorce or divorce and what consequences they can cause. I also describe the feelings of adults, their upbringing during and after divorce or how strong this period of the child's psyche is. In the practical part, I will examine the whole situation through the eyes of a child who is now an adult through qualitative research in the form of a semi-structured interview. The results of the research showed that the respondents quickly became independent after the divorce or separation of their parents. Most respondents agreed that they had learned their lesson and did not want to repeat their parents't mistakes. it is only that there is no difference in the experience of divorce / separation or after it by gender, but by age, experience and specific negative situations. Furthermore, it was proved that the respondents lacked or still lack a second parent (usually a father) with whom the child was not in foster care. Based on the findings, I created recommendations for OSPOD staff in working with the child and his family in meeting the needs in this area after divorce or divorce.
