Cílem mé bakalářské práce na téma „Inovace výuky gastronomie oboru kuchař-číšník na středních školách“ je nahlédnout do soudobé moderní gastronomie z důvodu toho, že moderní doba si žádá inovaci z hlediska praktického vyučování samozřejmě nejen v tomto směru.
