Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na pojistné odvětví 13 - Všeobecné pojištění odpovědnosti za škodu jiné než uvedené v odvětví 10 až 12, dle klasifikace zákona č. 363/1999 Sb., o pojišťovnictví, ve znění zákona č. 277/2009 Sb. Popisuje charakteristické rysy pojištěni profesní odpovědnosti a jeho konstrukci. Zkoumá vybrané produkty a na vybraném vzorku pojistitelů porovnává rozsah pojištění.

Professional Indemnity Insurance. This thesis is focused on the class of insurance No. 13 – General liability insurance for damage other than listed in the class No. 10 to No. 12, according to the classification of Act No. 363/1999 Coll. of the insurance Act, as amended by Act No. 277/2009 Coll.
