Municipal solution for the renewal of brownfield in its territory

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit možnosti regenerace brownfieldů a zapojení se do jejich procesu obnovy ze strany místních municipalit. Zjištěné informace se budou opírat o sekundární data a budou doplněna analýzou přínosů a nákladů, které jednotlivá řešení obnovy opuštěných budov a areálů obsahují. Tyto informace budou vycházet z příkladů dobré praxe na území České republiky. Doporučení pak bude reflektovat zjištěné poznatky a bude směřováno ke konkretizaci řešení v kontextu jiných identifikovaných brownfieldů. Ke zpracování diplomové práce je použita odborná literatura, veřejně dostupné zdroje a interní materiály obcí a krajů k problematice brownfieldů. V teoretické části práce je uvedena charakteristika brownfieldů, jejich kategorizace, negativa a možnosti regenerace. Praktická část práce je věnována vybraným brownfieldům, kde na základě příkladů dobré praxe je proveden rozbor zjištěných dat, a jsou předneseny možnosti řešení regenerace vybraných brownfieldů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to determine the possibilities of regeneration of brownfields and involvement in their renewal process by local municipalities. The information obtained will be based on secondary data and will be supplemented by an analysis of the benefits and costs that individual solutions for the restoration of abandoned buildings and sites contain. This information will be based on examples of good practice in the Czech Republic. The recommendation will then reflect the findings and will be aimed at concretizing the solution in the context of other identified brownfields. Professional literature, publicly available sources and internal materials of municipalities and regions on the issue of brownfields are used to prepare the thesis. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the characteristics of brownfields, their categorization, negatives and possibilities of regeneration are presented. Practical part of the thesis, is devoted to selected brownfields, where, based on examples of good practice, an analysis of the detected data is carried out, and the possibilities of solutions for the regeneration of selected brownfields.
