Crime scene and its investigation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zkoumat kriminalistické metody pro ohledání místa činu a jejich specifika s ohledem na metody vyšetřování a lokalizaci místa činu, a to nejen v teoretické rovině, ale i na konkrétních příkladech z praxe. Pro vytvoření teoretické části bakalářské práce byly využity metody literární rešerše. Takto získané informace byly doplněny o skutečnosti získané konzultacemi s experty na danou problematiku. Hlavní přínos bakalářské práce spočívá nejen ve zjištění využitelnosti kriminalistických metod využívaných při ohledání místa činu a jejich vzájemných vazeb, ale i v popisu navazujících procesů na ohledání místa činu a aplikací teoretických metod v praxi.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis aims to examine forensic methods for searching the crime scene and their specifics with respect to methods of investigation and localization of the crime scene, not only in theory, but also on a specific example from practice. Methods of literary research were used to create the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis. The information obtained in this way was supplemented by facts obtained in consultation with experts on the issue. The main benefit of the bachelor's thesis lies not only in finding out the usability of criminalistic methods used in crime scene investigation and their interrelationships, but also in the description of follow-up processes to crime scene investigation and application of theoretical methods in practice.
