Tato bakalářská práce nejprve shrnuje základní poznatky o biomodelu potkana. Dále představuje přehled možných způsobů podávání látek do těla potkanů, kdy jeden z nich-intraperitoneální aplikace je velmi podrobně rozebrán a je hlavním tématem bakalářské práce. This bachelor thesis initially summarizes the basic knowledge about the biomodel of a rat. It also presents an overview of possible ways of administering substances to the body of rats, where one of them-intraperitoneal application is very detailed and is the main theme of bachelor thesis.
