Globální procurement ve společnosti Vodafone - kategorie Retail
Abstract:
Tahle diplomová práce se zabýva analýzou globálniho procurementu na príkladu společnosti Vodafone. Zameřuje se na hlavní charakteristiky procurementu jako takového, dále specificky na procurement ve Vodafonu a v kategorii Retailu. Tahle práce si taktéž klade za cíl sloužit jako příručka osvědčenou praxi v globálnim procurementu z důvodu nedostatku literatury v této oblasti.
Abstract:
This Master's thesis deals with the analysis of the global procurement in a multinational company on an example of Vodafone Group; it highlights the main features of global procurement firstly in overall and then focuses on Retail category within Commercial & Services.
