Possibilities of working with gifted pupils in primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi práce s nadanými žáky v základní škole. Teoretická část práce vymezuje nadání, inteligenci, popisuje jednotlivé modely a projevy nadání. Následuje kapitola zabývající se charakteristikou nadaného žáka, jeho identifikací a typologií. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se zaměřuje na vzdělávání nadaných žáků, podpůrná opatření, legislativní dokumenty a možnosti práce s nadanými žáky v základní škole. Praktická část navazuje na poznatky z teoretické části a využívá kvalitativní přístup ke zjištění naplnění hlavního výzkumného cíle. Výzkum byl zaměřen na veškeré eventuální možnosti práce s nadanými žáky a na celkový přístup soukromé základní školy k jejich rozvoji.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of working with gifted pupils in primary school. The theoretical part of the thesis defines talent, intelligence, describes individual models and manifestations of talent. The following chapter deals with the characteristics of the gifted pupil, his identification and typology. The last chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the education of gifted students, support measures, legislative documents and opportunities to work with gifted students in primary school. The practical part builds on the knowledge from the theoretical part and uses a qualitative approach to determine the fulfilment of the main research goal. The research was focused on all possible possibilities of working with gifted students and on the overall approach of a private primary school to their development.
