Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou současného postavení českého trhu biopotravin, jejím cílem je pomocí aplikace na konkrétní podnik navrhnout možnosti rozvoje trhu a podniku samotného. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, konkrétně biopotravina, bioprodukt, český trh biopotravin a marketing, dále je zde také popsána výroba biopotravin, distribuce a organizace zabývající se kontrolou těchto produktů. V praktické části je představena zvolená maloobchodní jednotka Biologika a dále proveden výzkum trhu prostřednictvím sběru dat metodami vlastního pozorování, dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou navržena opatření pro zlepšení všeobecné situace na trhu biopotravin a pro upevnění tržního postavení maloobchodní jednotky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis analyzes the current position of the Czech organic food market. The aim of the thesis is, through applying the theory to a specific retail unit, to propose the possibilities of development of the market and the retail unit itself. In the theoretical part the key concepts are characterized, namely organic food, organic products, Czech organic food market and marketing. Then there is also the description of the production of organic food, distribution and organization involved in the supervision of these products. In the practical part the selected retail unit Biologika is introduced at first and then the market research is conducted by data collection. This bachelor thesis uses methods of my own observations, questionnaires and structured interviews. Based on the acquired results the thesis proposes measures to improve the general situation in the organic food market and to consolidate the position of retail units in the market.
