Risk Assessment at the Dialysis Center with Regard to the Occurrence of Occupational Injuries and Occupational Diseases

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je posouzení rizik na dialyzačním středisku s ohledem na pracovní úrazy a nemoci z povolání. Proces posouzení rizik se zaměřuje na profesi zdravotní sestry a vliv psychických a fyzických faktorů na její zdraví. Teoretická část definuje základní terminologii k BOZP, nemoc z povolání v kontextu statistických dat a popisuje proces posuzování rizik. Samostatná kapitola se věnuje vysokému riziku pro zdravotní sestry - syndromu vyhoření. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na problematiku léčby pacienta s onemocněním ledvin. K získání dat a naplnění cílů byly aplikovány metody pro sběr dat v podobě snímkování dne, strukturovaných rozhovorů a Meisterova dotazníku. Získaná data byla analyzována pomocí metody What-if a vyhodnocením rizik s maticí rizik.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to assess the risks connected with work at dialysis department regarding the health and diseases connected with such profession. The process of assessing these risks is focused on a profession of a nurse and the effect of physical and psychological factors on the health. The theoretical part defines the basic terminology of Health and Safety at Work Place, the occupational diseases together with statistical data. It also describes the process of assessing the risks. A separate chapter deals with the fact that nurses are more likely to observe symptoms of the Burnout syndrome. The conclusion of the theoretical part is focusing on treatment of patients with renal diseases. In order to collect data for the research, there was used the method of shooting the day of a nurse, conducting a structured interview and the Meister questionnaire for evaluation of the work burden. These data were further analysed with the help of the What-if method.
