Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je analyzovať súčasnú právnu úpravu týkajúcu sa podnikania a závislej práce, charakterizovať základné pojmy a znaky podnikania, ktoré upravuje Obchodný a Živnostenský zákonník, ale aj právnu úpravu upravenú v Zákonníku práce.
