Meta-analysis of selected location characteristics in anthropological studies
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme meta-analýze, která zahrnuje statistické modely analýzy dat pro sekundární data, např. bodové a intervalové odhady středních hodnot, korelačních koeficientů a frekvencí výskytu nějakých znaků. Popsané metody meta-analýzy jsou implementovány do jazyka R a posléze aplikovány na reálná data z oblasti dermatoglyfiky.
Abstract:
In this thesis we study meta-analysis, which includes statistical models of data analysis of secondary data, e.g. point and interval estimates of means, correlation coefficients and frequencies of occurrence of various attributes. The described meta-analysis methods are implemented to R and then applied to real dermatoglyphic data.
