The influence of sex and growth rate on selected indication of carcass value in pigs.
Anotace:
Cílem této práce bylo zjistit jaký má vliv pohlaví a intenzita růstu u prasat na vybrané ukazatele jatečné hodnoty. V testu bylo celkem 126 ks prasat, z nichž bylo 42 vepříků, 43 prasniček a 41 kanečků. Výsledky pokusu byly vyhodnoceny matematicko-statistickými metodami, programem SAS. Z výsledků měření bylo zjištěno: Průměrný denní přírůstek byl nejvyšší u kanečků oproti vepříkům a prasničkám. Vyššího podílu svaloviny dosahovali kanečci oproti prasničkám a vepříkům. Největší průměrná výška hřbetního tuku byla naměřena u vepříků oproti prasničkám a kanečkům. Nejvyšší průměrné hmotnosti kýty dosáhly prasničky oproti vepříkům a kanečkům. U skupin byl průměrný denní přírůstek nejvyšší u skupiny s přírůstkem 1 051 g a více oproti skupině s přírůstkem 891 -- 1 050 g a skupině s přírůstkem 890 g a méně. Vyššího podílu svaloviny dosahovala skupina s přírůstkem 1 051 g a více oproti skupině s přírůstkem 891 -- 1 050 a skupině s přírůstkem 890 g a méně. U skupin byla nejvyšší průměrná výška hřbetního tuku naměřena u skupiny s přírůstkem 890 g a méně oproti skupině s přírůstkem 1 051 g a více a skupině s přírůstkem 891 -- 1 050 g. Nejvyšší průměrné hmotnosti kýty dosáhla skupina s přírůstkem 891 -- 1 050 g oproti skupině s přírůstkem 890 g a méně a skupině s přírůstkem 1 051 g a více. Na základě dosažených výsledků můžeme potvrdit hypotézu, že pohlaví významně ovlivňuje jatečnou hodnotu prasat.
