Kování mečů

Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se věnuji jednomu z nevýznamnějších řemesel a to je kovářství. Popisuji základní nástroje pro kovářské operace, základní tepelné úpravy materiálu a oceli vhodné ke kování. Detailněji se zaměřuji na kování mečů a na jejich rozdíl z hlediska zpracování v závislosti na kultuře a období ve kterém byly stvořeny.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I deal with one of the most important crafts and it is blacksmithing. I describe basic tools for forging operations, basic heat treatment of materials and steel suitable for blacksmith. They focus more on fitting the sword and their difference in processing depending on the culture and the period in which they were created.
